Me gustan los líos

Peter Brackett (Nick Nolte) y Sabrina Peterson (Julia Roberts) son dos competitivos reporteros rivales de Chicago a los que se les encarga la cobertura de un accidente de tren. Él es un reportero cínico y veterano, mientras ella es una novata dispuesta a arriesgar lo que sea por conseguir una noticia. Cuando ambos descubren que hay algo más turbio tras el siniestro, deciden a regañadientes unir sus fuerzas.

Nuevo trabajo del matrimonio Charles Shyer y Nancy Meyers, responsables de títulos como Baby, tú vales mucho o El padre de la novia. El tono cómico que han conseguido en esta ocasión se ve reforzado con la buena factura técnica y su excelente reparto, encabezado por los famosísimos Nick Nolte (El príncipe de las mareas, Límite: 48 horas) y Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman, Notting Hill).
